• You retain full ownership and rights over any images you upload and any results generated by MakeToon: Anime Maker.
• MakeToon: Anime Maker does not store, save, or retain a copy of your uploaded photos or processed results.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that the content you upload does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights, including copyright or privacy rights.
• You must not use MakeToon: Anime Maker to process or create content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive.

Personal Usage

You may use the results generated by MakeToon: Anime Maker for personal or commercial purposes. MakeToon: Anime Maker does not claim any rights over the content created using its service.

Prohibited Activities

When using MakeToon: Anime Maker, you agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or misuse the application's technology.
• Use the service for any fraudulent, malicious, or illegal activities.
• Upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights or privacy rights of others.

Subscription and In-App Purchases

MakeToon: Anime Maker is a subscription-based application. Access to all features and content requires an active subscription. No free content is available without a subscription.

The application offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans:

• Weekly Access – $9.99 per week
• Monthly Access – $29.99 per month
• Yearly Access – $99.99 per year

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime by going to your App Store account settings.

Limitation of Liability

MakeToon: Anime Maker is provided "as is," and no guarantees are made regarding the quality, accuracy, or availability of the service. The creators of MakeToon: Anime Maker are not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of the application.

Changes to Terms

MakeToon: Anime Maker reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of changes, and continued use of the application signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
